My journey into guitar making began with a deep love of music and craftsmanship. As a young musician, I was introduced to classical guitar by my grandmother, whose gift of my first instrument sparked a lifelong connection to the instrument’s voice and character.
Alongside music, I developed a passion for woodworking early on drawn to the precision, patience, and creativity required to shape raw materials into something meaningful. Over time, these two paths naturally converged, leading me toward the art of lutherie.
I have had the privilege of training under respected master luthiers Robert O’Brien, Pablo Requena, and Tom Bills, refining both traditional techniques and modern approaches to instrument construction and repair. Their guidance helped shape my philosophy: that every instrument should be built with intention, balance, and respect for the materials.
Today, through Timber Wood Guitars, I craft bespoke instruments designed to inspire musicians for a lifetime. Each guitar is built individually, with careful attention to tone, playability, and visual elegance ensuring that no two instruments are ever the same.
Whether restoring a cherished instrument or creating a new one from the ground up, my goal is always the same: to build guitars that become trusted companions in a musician’s journey.
